When will I receive my delivery?

Don't fret! All deliveries are made on Sundays from 2pm - 8pm. We can even text you when we are on the way.

 

Do I have to be home to accept my order?

We prefer you to be home to accept your order so that you may put your meals directly into the refrigerator; however, soon we will launch an "unattended delivery" program! To participate in the program, you will need let us know in advance by text or email. If you are not going to be home, you should leave your personal cooler in a location of your choice that accessible to our deliverer, but safe and secure for your food. Let us know where the cooler will be! We will drop your meals off in your cooler (we will provide the icepacks). You will receive a confirmation text that the unattended delivery is complete. Depending on the weather, please schedule accordingly so that you can get your meals in the refrigerator within 2 hours of delivery. If its way too hot outside, unattended delivery will not be available.

 

How long will my meals stay fresh?

We do not put any yucky preservatives or additives in our food (you know... those long words found on many nutrition labels that only chemists and biologists know how to pronounce?!?). All meals are prepared on a Saturday and must be consumed by the following Friday (seven days) if the meals are refrigerated. You may choose to freeze your meals for up to two weeks; however, be sure to consume the meals within two days after thawing. 

 

How do I heat my meals?

One thing's for sure...you do NOT want to microwave the life out of these scrumptious meals! Do not place in a traditional or toaster oven. Our containers are microwave safe only. Depending on your microwave, heat the meals on med-high 2.5 - 3 minutes, stirring if necessary. Only you know how hot you want your food...and, you may not want to heat any meals intended to be consumed cold! 

 

How nutritious are your meals?

We pride ourselves on preparing balanced and nutritious meals that are also tasty! Feel free to peruse any of our meals to view the nutrition label (click on the individual meal option. A nutrition section is coming soon!). We do not use carcinogenic ingredients, added processed sugars, additives or preservatives. Will I lose weight if I eat K&B meals?

Everyone has different fitness goals and our meals are meant to cater to all! Currently, we provide Paleo and Traditional meal options. Paleo meals would be the best option for someone looking to cut carbs and potentially lose weight. Keep in mind though, an overall healthy lifestyle will best contribute to weight loss. Our meals provide necessary components that make up a balanced meal.

I want to taste the food first. May I order just one meal?

If you live within 20 miles of zip code 21212, then, YES, you may order just one meal. Simply click on the meal of your choice to add to your shopping cart. If you live more than 20 miles outside of 21212, then there is a minimum purchase of $70.

Do you cater?

Catering is serious business. We never want to compromise our main focus of meal prep. We do, however, cater on a case-by-case scenario. Email all inquiries to info@kbwholebody.com.

What if I have a concern with my meal?

If you are dissatisfied with a meal or meal ingredient for any reason, please contact us at info@kbwholebody.com within five (5) days of the date you received the meal. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the meal or meal ingredient at our expense, provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that meal or meal ingredient, or provide you with credits for that meal or meal ingredient that will automatically be applied to future deliveries. 

We may require the return or photographic documentation of any meal or meal ingredient that you are dissatisfied with before we provide you a refund, replacement, or credit. Credits expire after 30 days.
