When will I receive my delivery?

All deliveries are made on Sundays from 10am - 8pm.

 

Do I have to be home to accept my order?

No! If you are not going to be home, leave your personal cooler in a location of your choice that is accessible to our deliverer, but safe and secure for your food. We will drop your meals off in your cooler along with ice. You will receive a confirmation text or email that the unattended delivery is complete. Depending on the weather, please schedule accordingly so that you can get your meals in the refrigerator within 2 hours of delivery. We will provide delivery updates on days when the weather will be 90 degrees and above.

 

How long will my meals stay fresh?

We do not put any yucky preservatives or additives in our food (you know... those long words found on many nutrition labels that only chemists and biologists know how to pronounce?!?). All meals are labelled with a “use by or freeze by” date and will stay fresh with refrigeration until then. You may choose to freeze your meals for up to four weeks; however, be sure to consume the meals within two days after thawing. 

 

How do I heat my meals?

Depending on your microwave, meals intended to be consumed hot should be heated the meals on med-high 2.5 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 

How nutritious are your meals?

We pride ourselves on preparing balanced and nutritious meals that are also tasty! Feel free to peruse any of our meals to view the nutrition label (click on the individual meal option. A nutrition section is coming soon!). We do not use carcinogenic ingredients, added processed sugars, additives or preservatives. Will I lose weight if I eat K&B meals?

Everyone has different fitness goals and our meals are meant to cater to all! An overall healthy lifestyle will best contribute to weight loss. Many of our meals follow the “healthy plate” guidelines and will help you stay on a balanced diet for whatever your fitness goals may be.

I want to taste the food first. May I order just one or two meals?

Yes!

Do you cater?

Catering is serious business. Our core business is planning meals that can be deliciously refrigerated and heated up later for eating. We do, however, cater on a case-by-case scenario. We especially love catering fitness events! Email all inquiries to info@kbwholebody.com.

What if I have a concern with my meal?

If you are dissatisfied with a meal or meal ingredient for any reason, please contact us ASAP! Text a photo to 443-292-6348 or email us. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the meal at our expense, provide you a full or partial refund, or provide you with credits that may be applied to future deliveries.
